The Geo

The Geo

The Geo was designed to foster community amongst students and animate Princess street with new commercial storefronts. The Geo will benefit the community with a new public park on the Southeast corner of the site, 10,000 sq. ft. of new commercial space with 5 retail units and a 12,500 sf fitness centre open to the public. The amenities in the building respond to the contemporary needs of students, with flexible shared spaces throughout that can be used for co-working, party rooms, or lounge areas. The large residential lobby and atrium connects with the street level café space, offering an additional gathering area for tenants and the community. A landscaped rooftop deck will feature sports equipment, pergolas, dining areas, and lounges for tenant recreation. The careful consideration of programming in this development will help foster community for both tenants and area residents.
