Think Research Expands Footprint in Toronto

First Gulf has finalized a lease agreement with Think Research, the leading digital healthcare platform provider set to become the first tenant at The Shift, a new office building at 25 Ontario Street with over 460,000 square feet located at Adelaide, just north of King Street East.

Think Research’s new 88,000 sf headquarters will retain jobs in the city, and provides this rapidly-growing Toronto-based company with the flexibility to respond to their clients’ needs and continue their growth. “We’re excited to have the opportunity to establish a new headquarters here in Toronto. First Gulf was an essential partner in our search, and we’re proud to be the first tenant in the latest of their much-lauded development projects here in the city,” said Sachin Aggarwal, CEO of Think Research. Prior to Think Research’s occupancy at 25 Ontario, the company will be expanding its office size and temporarily relocating to First Gulf’s Globe and Mail Centre at 351 King Street East.

Toronto’s Downtown East is one of the City’s fastest growing districts. With close to one million sf of office and retail space developed by First Gulf at the Coke-Cola building at 333 King Street East and The Globe & Mail Centre, 25 Ontario will target LEED® Gold and add over 460,000 square feet of commercial space to this thriving business node. With a further 500,000 square feet planned at 200 Front and also the 60-acre development at East Harbour, 25 Ontario is the next step in First Gulf’s continued commitment to the east side. Boasting 24 floors of flexible office space, and excellent access to nearby amenities, 25 Ontario Street is the latest in a long line of transit-oriented office projects, and will be a defining piece of the vibrant hub that is growing in the east end of Toronto’s downtown core. Outdoor terrace space, 10’ vision glass, highly-efficient building systems and versatile floorplates are just a few of the building’s features.

We’re excited to have the opportunity to establish a new headquarters here in Toronto. First Gulf was an essential partner in our search, and we’re proud to be the first tenant in the latest of their much-lauded development projects here in the city.

Sachin Aggarwal, CEO, Think Research
