One York and Harbour Plaza Residences

One York and Harbour Plaza Residences
Located in the South Core of Toronto, this project elegantly blends a high density of office, retail and residences into one complex, all PATH-connected and steps away from both Union Station and the Waterfront.

One York and Harbour Plaza Residences is an integrated mixed-use complex in Toronto’s dynamic south core comprised of an 840,000 s.f. Class ‘AAA’ office tower, a 3-storey 160,000 s.f. retail podium linked to Toronto’s central transit hub, Union Station, and two 70-storey residential condominium towers housing 1250 suites.

Each of the office, retail and residential components contribute significant value to the others, are independent and linked at grade at the indoor PATH system (connected to Union Station) and at the publicly accessible 4th floor Roof Garden Amenity. Shared amenities such as retail, a food court, health clubs add considerable value and a unique competitive advantage to the office and residential components alike.

One York - The office tower and commercial podium

One York is LEED® Platinum.

The office tower and podium has been built to achieve the highest levels of sustainable design and represents the finest in sustainable commercial architecture. One of the project's defining features is an exceptional entrance lobby with 16m high ceilings, clad in a highly transparent single-span cable wall. The effect is more akin to an urban room, connecting the streetscapes with the interior. Above the ‘ice cube’ lobby and well above the level of the Gardiner Expressway, the office tower plates begin. Efficient, 26,000 s.f. open floor plates feature 10’-8” clear ceilings to the underside of the exposed concrete slab, raised access floors, a healthy and energy efficient underfloor air system, floor to ceiling glazing with great daylight penetration and remarkable views.

One York is an environment that embodies current design thinking, unparalleled flexibility, and superior human comfort.

Harbour Plaza Residences - The two residential towers

The Harbour Plaza Residences are an iconic and unit pair of slender towers, unlike any other on the downtown skyline, clad in a stark white ‘woven’ skin of pierced aluminum that was inspired by the rippling reflection of sunlight on Lake Ontario and, more conceptually, by the intense meshing social, cultural, professional and recreational activity on this compressed, intensified downtown site, and by the interlacing of pedestrian pathways through and up into the buildings.

A new iconic landmark in the downtown Toronto skyline, Harbour Plaza Residences offers incomparable amenities and superb modern urban units. Linked to the mixed-use retail within One York, this condominium development overlooks the city while also conveniently being connected to the underground PATH network.
