Bringing together leading-edge academic, athletic and community spaces, the building will feature innovative classrooms and leadership labs, a dynamic Celebration Hall, a new dining hall, a double gymnasium and a competition-ready, eight-lane swimming pool. Physically connecting the Preparatory and Upper Schools for the first time, the design prioritizes collaboration, accessibility and sustainability, with a commitment to carbon net-zero operations. As UCC approaches its 200th anniversary, this transformative project reflects Sweeny&Co's continued leadership in institutional design, creating inspiring, future-focused environments that elevate the educational experience and strengthen connections between people, place and community for generations to come.
